Remote Orientation Advising for COSE Students

This form requires your Texas State email. You can activate your Texas State email account here.

Personal Information

Remote Advising Request

I am requesting a remote advising appointment because: *
It may take up to 10 business days from the time you submit your remote advising request for your advising hold to be removed. Completing advising remotely will not necessarily speed up the orientation process. *

The Texas State University Undergraduate Catalog can be found at mycatalog.txstate.edu.

I have reviewed the policies and procedures outlined in the Texas State University Undergraduate Catalog (i.e. excessive hours, writing intensive and advanced hours requirements, course repeat fees, graduation requirements, etc). It is my responsibility to seek clarification when needed. *

Program of Study

Select your desired major and minor (if applicable). If this is different than the major you selected when you applied to Texas State, that is okay. The Undergraduate Catalog lists all of the programs within the College of Science and Engineering.
